How Sweet it would be...
A new pool of loans came over today, that pool included a loan for the Shaq Daddy himself for his Windermere FL crib overlooking Lake Butler. He's decided to refinance with cashout. The house has been shown on MTV cribs a few times, but going through his appraisal confirmed he has way to much money.
Take his garage for instance, "Main garage can accomodate up to 16 cars, including a private, mirror enclosed display bay. Show garage can accomodate up to 6 cars and includes disco lighting, smoke inducer and a disc jokey table." They Gym aka Shaq Center, is my favorite. Huge Superman S emblem at center court, Laker Purple and 2 NBA basketball standars. It's nicer than most small colleges.
The appraisal values the place at $10,500,000. Built in 1990 13 bedrooms 19 Bathrooms, Gym, 30,000 sq ft on 1.83 acres. Here's his address 9927 Giffin Court Windemere FL 34786.

I wonder why you would need six more bathrooms than bedrooms.
Hey guys, Shaq's house is amazing. I went there and helped a guy clean carpets when I was in Pine Hills. We were teaching his son the discussions and he invited us to go. He had taken missionaries in the past and let us go too. Not only can the garage fit AT LEAST 16 cars, it is fully carpeted.
